SCP Application Question

I'm just wondering if you're only able to apply for existing SCPs or can I make my own? I'm just wondering because it isn't specified.

You can only apply for existing SCPs. If you want more to be added, suggest them in the suggestion section.

You can apply for SCPs that are on the server. If you want another SCP added (from the wiki) make a suggestion.
