some of the decals in 939's CC are impossible to cleanup and even when one of the admins cleared all decals, the decals were still there. It is possible to cleanup just enough of the decals to where the CC door will close.

This happens in 173 as well, what I like to do, is get right on the wall and theres a really small spot on the decal which will let you clean

R_cleardecals in console. Some of them are client side decals I am assuming, but after doing that command it removes some of them on my end at least.

Just so you know, sometimes you need to clean around the edges and not right on top. Try bleaching just outside the spot

That doesn't do anything, I literally have a bind for it and try again everytime I encounter this to no avail. This is a clientside thing too, the only thing that I've found to work is just rejoining the server.
